Should you encounter any type of damage upon delivery of your flowers, let us know within a week and we will either send a replacement or issue a credit to your account. Should you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please be in touch with us as soon as possible and as long as we have not yet shipped the product, we will cancel the order. We cannot refund shipping costs.
If you paid for your order with PayPal, it will be shipped automatically within 48 hours.
NOTE:
You do NOT need to have a PayPal account to pay with a credit card via
PayPal. Just click PayPal and add your credit card information as
usual.
If you are an existing current customer of Roses of Wood
and you chose the PAY BY CHECK or PURCHASE ORDER option, we will ship your order
automatically, right away along with an invoice payable Net 30 days, as
usual.
If you are NOT a current customer of Roses of Wood, and you chose the PAY BY CHECK
option - we will NOT ship your order until we have contacted you to
register you as a new account. PLEASE be sure to enter your correct
phone and/or email contact information so we can be sure to reach you.
